Experiential Marketing Spotlight: Nalleli Camacho
Nalleli Camacho has been with Kre8 Media for almost 3 years. She quickly progressed from the street teams, field promoting, brand ambassador campaigns, conventions, and is now a Team Lead at Mystere at Treasure Island. She has always been a pleasure to work with and gives everything her all. Nalleli is a valuable team member, very reliable, and willing to do whatever it takes to get the job done. One of my favorite things about her is that she is always so positive, and it is very contagious. It is always pleasant to be around her, and we are grateful to have her be a part of Kre8 Media.
Here’s what Nalleli has to say about her experience working for Kre8 Media in the experiential marketing department.
Tell us a little about yourself.
I am a very hardworking woman, and a loving mother to an adorable 8-year-old son. I’m a positive, enthusiastic person who always looks at the bright side of situations. I would describe myself as a people person with a very versatile set of skills in many different fields. I take great pride in my integrity and in my willingness to go the extra mile to work towards my dreams and passions.
How did you find out about Kre8 Media?
I found out about Kre8 Media through a mutual friend who was working there. At the time, I was looking for a part time job. I had no experience in experiential marketing or promotional modeling. My friend told me many amazing stories about the industry, so I was very interested to learn more and give it a shot. Working in customer service all my life, I thought this would be a great opportunity and almost 3 years later, I’m still here. I am very grateful to have found an amazing company like Kre8 Media and look forward to the future with them.
What is your most memorable experience during your time here?
Working with Kre8 Media has taught me to keep an open mind. I have to say that the daily interactions with guests from all over the world is the most memorable experience I have working in the experiential marketing department. Every day is different, each guest interaction is unique, and talking to different people from all over the world creates a fresh, exciting atmosphere. This is what I love to do.
What keeps you motivated?
What doesn’t keep me motivated?! I would have to say life itself! The possibility to be alive and to be able to conquer my dreams is what makes this life so interesting. The fact is I have a day today, and every day, to better myself and grow to become a better version of me.
Do you have any advice for someone just starting at Kre8 Media (or experiential marketing)?
Advice I would give to someone new to the Experiential Marketing Department is to not be afraid to try something new, to really get out there, and get out of your comfort zone. Always maintain a positive attitude. You really must enjoy yourself through this entire process, be passionate about what you do, and it will take you a very long way.
